Bluelion Software (“Bluelion,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://bluelionsw.com, use our services, or talk to our AI agents, and how we handle that information.

- Information you give us — when you fill out the contact form, email us, or talk to our voice agent: your name, email, business name, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Voice interactions — if you speak to our AI voice agent, the call audio and its transcript are processed by our voice infrastructure provider (Retell AI) so the agent can respond. We may retain transcripts to improve responses and follow up with you.
- Site usage — pages you visit, referrer, browser, device type, general geographic region, and interactions. Collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
- Cookies — essential cookies for site function and optional analytics cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide services.
- To send follow-up communications about projects you've asked about — never marketing spam.
- To improve our website, AI agents, and service offerings.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, AI model providers, and analytics — under contracts that require them to protect it.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Third-party services
Bluelion's site and AI agents are built on infrastructure from third parties including: Vercel (hosting), Retell AI (voice agents), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (site analytics), Sanity (content management), and large language model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). Each has its own privacy practices.
5. Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and voice-call transcripts for as long as we have an active business relationship, plus a reasonable time after for records and legal reasons — typically no more than three years unless the law requires longer. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.
- California (CCPA/CPRA) — you can request access, deletion, correction, and opt out of any sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- EU/UK (GDPR) — you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we act quickly to address any incident.
